video game versus manga
As of now, there is the Ultra Jump Tekken Manga which is currentl being posted and it available to read. The manga is based off of Tekken 6 and it puts a spin on the story, and there are some key differences in the game and the manga pertaining to Lars that I've listed here:
- Lars is apart of the Tekken Force as a Major
- Kazuya is responsible for injuring Lars and causing his amnesia
- It is Zafina who finds an unconscious Lars and nurses him back to health
- Seeing a hurt Zafina triggers the return of Lars' memories/fighting skills
- Lars' mission is to defend those who ask for help
- Lars commands only 150 soldiers, not 30,000
- Lars is so much more expressive to the point it's adorkable and funny
Lars makes his appearance in Battle/Chapter 7 of the manga, which you can read
