lars and the lion
If you've noticed, Lars' insignia happens to be of the lion. A really badass-looking lion. It also seems to be his motif. The lion is on his center chest piece on his armor, and it's his wallpaper on his mobile phone, and it's on the white pants of his casual wear. It's widely known that the lion is a symbol of bravery, stateliness, and royalty (Well...Lars is Captain. It's not royalty but...it's got some meaning). They also tend to represent good luck in the Asian Culture.
Lars has got some leonine habits. The same way lions hunt in the herd, Lars and his teammates stick together and tear through opposition. He purposely puts himself in the frontlines, much like the Leo puts himself/herself in the spotlight. Lars also has the leonine tendency to fight tooth and nail, perhaps even to the death, for the people they care about or love.
